Every clinic has an address. Not every clinic has a reason for being there.

Ours began with a 40-kilometre drive.

For years, that's what quality dental care meant for the people of Silvassa — a trip to Vapi or Valsad, and back, just to sit in front of a qualified MDS specialist. Silvassa had dentists, but specialists with real postgraduate expertise — the kind you'd trust with an implant, a full mouth rehabilitation, or a complex crown and bridge case — were hard to find locally. So people traveled. Some postponed treatment altogether because the distance simply wasn't worth it for anything less than an emergency.

Dr. Hemant Jivnani and Dr. Nehal Solanki — both MDS prosthodontists trained at KGMU, Lucknow — started Sadguru Dental Care and Implant Clinic to close that distance. The idea was straightforward: bring genuine specialist-level dental care to Silvassa itself, so no one had to drive 20 to 50 kilometres just to be treated properly.

Patients responded almost immediately. As people started trusting the clinic with their everyday dental needs, a second, more specific gap became impossible to ignore: Silvassa still had no resident orthodontist and no resident oral surgeon for procedures like wisdom tooth removal. Patients needing braces or a tooth extraction were once again being told to wait for a visiting specialist. So Dr. Hemant went back to train — under Dr. Akshay Rathi in Mumbai for orthodontics and clear aligners, and under Dr. Vishwaraj Nikar for minimally invasive, stitchless wisdom tooth removal — until that gap closed too.

Along the way, Dr. Hemant also specialised in strategic implantology — corticobasal (basal) implantology — a technique that allows many patients with low bone density or bone loss to receive fixed teeth without the extended healing time or bone grafting that conventional implants often require. Sadguru Dental Care is among the oldest clinics in the locality to offer corticobasal implants, giving patients who were once told "you're not a candidate for implants" a real option, right here in Silvassa.

Today, Sadguru Dental Care and Implant Clinic is a family practice built around two specialists instead of one — Dr. Hemant focused on implants, corticobasal implantology, braces, and wisdom tooth surgery, and Dr. Nehal focused on crowns, bridges, dentures, and sinus lift surgery — supported by in-house OPG and an in-house intraoral scanner for precision that doesn't need to leave the building. But no piece of equipment was ever the point. The point was, and still is, a promise the clinic was built on: quality specialist care, close to home, and a painless experience every single time.

Our mission is simple to say and hard to earn: to help one million people smile better, chew better, and live better. Every patient who no longer has to drive to Vapi or Valsad is one step toward that number. We intend to get there one comfortable, painless visit at a time.
